My name is Claudius West. I am a bookkeeper and the founder of Trinity Lane Bookkeeping in Los Angeles, California, and nationwide online.

We help business owners across the country make sound, strategic business decisions based on the accurate, timely, and insightful data that Trinity Lane Bookkeeping provides. Our work helps businesses to spot and minimize waste, lower tax burden, and maximize returns.

When my wife started her business, we knew that one of the things that her business would need to do well was keep clean, organized, and accurate books. Having worked in finance for a time, I knew firsthand what it was like for a potential lender or investor to request to see a business's financials as part of a potential transaction, just to find out that the numbers are inaccurate, incomplete, or nonexistent to begin with. Not to mention any tax implications of doing this important work the wrong way or not at all. I knew that I didn’t want her company to be that kind of company. However, we did not have a bookkeeper in the budget, and so, I became the company’s bookkeeper.

A decade later, we have stuck to our roots, helping small and medium-sized businesses do better business by making sure that they always know the exact state of their business's financial health and are aware of the trends that are affecting the business's decline or growth now and potentially in the future.
